Wow! Not only did Matt answer the phone during off hours, he spent the time to explain the whole process and what I could expect before he even came. During the install, I had work to do in the basement, so both of us had the chance to talk, and man, he's a nice guy. Even had a custom piece made and didn't charge extra. My radon went from 12.0 to 0.6. Oh, and he was more than willing to accommodate my strange work shifts, even coming back at night to finish the job.
