Wow! Not only did Matt answer the phone during off hours, he spent the time to explain the whole process and what I could expect before he even came. During the install, I had work to do in the basement, so both of us had the chance to talk, and man, he's a nice guy. Even had a custom piece made and didn't charge extra.
