  • An electronic device is provided and setup in your home by the Pros at SM Radon. An app is available to you if you’d like to monitor your radon levels, but we’ll keep an eye on your levels for you. 
  • The device records and stores radon readings every hour. It connects to your home’s Wi-Fi and transmits the data to us. We’ll alert you if the levels are elevated.
  • An initiation fee of $250 includes the testing device, setup, and the first year subscription prepaid.
